The Role You Could Play
We're looking for a Store Operations Specialist to join our Maxima Mandurah team on a 26.5 hour Part-Time contract available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Our store Operations Specialists are responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional in-store environment, enabling customers to self-serve for a seamless experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities include: Keeping all stock managed and controlledEnsuring shelves are replenished as needed and of a high standardManaging and executing monthly Visual Merchandising (VM) and promotion set-upsEnsuring store VM and appearance standards are metWork closely with store leadership team to empower, train and develop the store team's performance on store operations tasks and proceduresWhat You Will Bring

As an Operations Specialist, you have a keen eye for detail and are easily able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
Previous experience in visual merchandising, stock-control and back-of-house operations in a retail environment is required.
