Within this role, you will work alongside a fantastic team of people, and highly invested managers focused on your career progression.We are interested in hearing from people who arePride themselves on their knowledge and hands on experience of Pega 8.xHave solid hands-on experience in building and designing workflow applications such as Pega and AppianAre confident effectively engaging with Stakeholders of all levelsPride themselves on implementing best practices in engineering, architecture, design & CodingAre knowledgeable developing and deploying high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage without supervision.Are confident analysing business objectives and identify functional and non-functional requirements.Pride themselves on designing and implementing technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.Are confident estimating the development effort for new featuresPride themselves on their contribution to the strategic engineering goals within own team / platformTech SkillsWe use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this teamDeveloping and designing workflow applications using Pega & AppianPega CLSA 8.x and beyondPega CLSA Certified on version 8.x or equivalent is requiredAppian or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate))Cloud domain knowledge with an AWS or Azure CertifiedAgile, SDLC, and IterativeVarious hosting patterns like Pega SaaS, AWS, AzureObject-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skillsDesigning and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management)SQL and/or working with other larger volume in dataExtensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.Version control systems, particularly Git, and branching strategies.Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Observe, or Splunk.Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in the software development lifecycle.Expertise in automation frameworks and tools for testing, deployment, and infrastructure management.Working with usWhether you're passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with CommBank is for you.We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in our Sydney office.
