About the Role
As a Director in the Valuations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality valuations across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
You will leverage your experience to manage client relationships, oversee team members, and ensure exceptional service delivery that reinforces the reputation of Ray White Valuations and the broader Ray White Network.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Act as the go-to expert for complex commercial valuations and mentor junior valuers and assistant valuers, providing guidance and mentorship to assistant valuers, helping them grow professionally within the industry.
Marketing & Business Development: Actively engage in marketing opportunities aiming at increasing your team's profile in the industry and expanding opportunities for future business.
Client Relations: Proactively market to new and existing clients, maintaining and growing client relationships, fostering long-term relationships.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, valuation guidelines, and industry standards, setting high standards for the accuracy, reliability, and quality of your valuation reports and customer service.
Essential Requirements
Certified Practicing Valuer with a minimum of 10 years of relevant valuation experience.
Current API membership of associate level or higher.
Proven experience in commercial property valuations, ideally with prior management and leadership experience.
Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
Panel appointed valuer highly desirable.
