About the Role: As our Lead Dentist, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional patient care while guiding a passionate team of dental professionals. Your expertise in Implants, Surgical, and Cosmetic dentistry will be pivotal in setting the standard for quality and innovation in our clinic. Your leadership will not only inspire your team but will also drive the continued success of our clinic.
Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum of 6 years practicing as a Dentist in Australia with a proven record of delivering high clinical standards. Specialization: Strong interest and experience in Implants, Surgical, or Cosmetic procedures. Leadership: Previous leadership experience is a plus, though not essential. Qualifications: Recognized by the Dental Board of Australia. Insurance: Valid professional indemnity insurance. You Are: A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. A team leader who can manage, mentor, and inspire others. Empathetic, open-minded, and highly professional. Polished in both your presentation and professional demeanor.
