Lead Dentist Opportunity at National Dental Care Chadstone About the Opportunity We're looking for an experienced and skilled Lead Dentist to join our state-of-the-art practice at National Dental Care Chadstone, working 4-5 days per week with flexibility on the days.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-caliber dentist who is passionate about advanced dentistry, including endodontics, implants, and Invisalign.
About the Practice Located in the vibrant Chadstone Shopping Centre, known as the largest shopping destination in the southern hemisphere, our practice benefits from exceptional foot traffic with up to 19.8 million visitors annually.

Just 25 minutes from Melbourne's CBD, NDC Chadstone is equipped with the latest in dental technology, providing a relaxed, friendly, and professional environment to deliver outstanding patient care to the communities of Melbourne's southeast.
About the Role As our Lead Dentist, you'll inspire and guide your team to deliver top-tier dental care, creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and valued.
Combining clinical excellence with strong leadership, you'll ensure the practice meets its objectives and that every patient leaves with a positive experience.
Skills & Experience You bring: 5+ years of experience as a Dentist in Australia with a strong clinical skill set, ideally with experience in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in Invisalign/ortho, cosmetic treatments, and implants.
Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
Qualifications recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
Professional indemnity insurance.
