Hi, I'm Paul Schokker and as CEO of In-Tec Commercial Cleaning, I'm incredibly proud of our track record and the standard we've set in our trade.
We've created the perfect springboard for a driven sales performer to build their sales career and deliver superior customer experiences in every respect.
It's no secret that the commercial cleaning industry is enjoying rapid, continual growth.

So, who are you? Well, firstly, if people describe you as:
You know the commercial cleaning field inside-out You're connected... and respected You're a confident communicator - whether in the office or on site You're driven.
You love to achieve.
Kicking sales goals is your jam You know when to close - and you do Being stuck in an office drives you insane You know that 'ad-lib is for amateurs' - you love a consistent sales process You're optimistic and resilient - but nobody's fool Meeting the customer's needs is important - but you'll stand your ground when appropriate You're self-motivated and self-managing You make decisions based on facts and objective measures And you have 5+ years successful sales experience in commercial cleaning (please note: this is NON-negotiable) Yes to all that?

The gig? Your new role is classic BD... researching targets, building your and In-Tec's profile, identifying and meeting with decision-makers - wherever they may be - unearthing key challenges, sharing powerful insights, delivering 'nailed it' proposals, negotiating and closing
