We deliver secure electricity to homes and businesses throughout the Southwest Interconnected System (SWIS) from Coral Bay in the north, to Kalgoorlie in the east, and to Esperance in the south.Job description:Role Description:The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist is an exciting 12-month max-term opportunity in our Digital & Campaigns team based at our Perth CBD office.The purpose of this role is supporting the wider Customer Marketing team in delivering key business objectives and driving customer engagement via effective digital campaigns leveraging owned and 3rd party channels.Job responsibilities:Wireframe and publish content across all digital channels using Synergy's CMS system.Support the digital team in developing and executing email sends and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Facilitate and manage key optimisation strategies, campaign activities and leverage 3rd party relationships to drive an uplift in online services and reduce cost to serve.Support content ideation, prioritisation, creation, publishing and optimisation across customer-facing channels, ensuring the content compliments our brand promise to build relevance and trust.Provide recommendations to improve the customer experience - improving customer satisfaction.What you will bring:3-5 years' experience in a similar Digital Marketing role.Degree qualified in marketing, commerce, or related discipline.Digital marketing and communication experience, including understanding of digital formats and CMS (preferably Sitecore).Excellent writing skills, with a focus on digital copy.Ability to harness customer insights and translate into digital outcomes.We offer:Working for an employer of choice also means you will enjoy:Flexible work arrangementsProfessional Development OpportunitiesPurchased Annual LeaveBest practice parental leaveEvery Voice MattersOur employees have a choice to work for Synergy and it's a choice we respect and value.
