Tax Advisor

$110K - $140K package Major global mining company In-house role in a large tax team This major global mining company has one of the largest internal tax teams in the country.
They are looking for a tax advisor to join the team in a corporate tax consultant role.
Based in the Sydney CBD, you will report to the regional head and be challenged with a fast-paced environment and be involved in major transactions.

Day to Day Role:
Managing corporate income tax for financial assets Reviewing quarterly tax impact accounting, annual income tax calculations, and crafting transfer pricing documentation Contributing to tax transparency and governance reporting Building collaborative ties with finance, tax, and commercial teams, locally and remotely Developing and implementing systems for effective tax management and reduced compliance risk Providing insights on new tax legislation to management
Candidate Requirements:
CA or CTA qualified Big 4 or leading mid-tier corporate tax experience Equivalent in-house environment with a major organisation Strong skills in income tax compliance and tax effect accounting
