More about you - Assistant Store Manager As part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations.
You will bring your confidence, energy, and passion for customer service, influencing your team to achieve set store goals.
Key Responsibilities Include: Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of the store management process: Visual Merchandising Store Administration Training & coaching of new team members Effectively delegating & managing the team Leadership & guidance to the team Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing storefront Ensure the store environment complies with health and safety regulations Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels Be an energetic customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindset Provide regular assistance to customers and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner The successful applicants will also have: Strong leadership skills with the ability to connect positively with both customers and team members Excellent communication and organizational skills A happy, friendly, and energetic personality A desire to deliver high-quality customer service A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain one if successful If you are passionate about customer service and want to build a career with an iconic brand, hit Apply Now
