This role is focused on driving value and aligning KINSHIP's services with the evolving needs of our customers. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior executives to ensure our services remain integral to their strategic objectives, fostering long-term partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Act as a key strategic advisor to existing government agency clients, ensuring alignment between their long-term goals and KINSHIP's vision and solutions.Work closely with clients to identify challenges and opportunities, presenting tailored recommendations that maximise the value of KINSHIP's services.Identify and drive opportunities for expanding service adoption, focusing on upselling aligned solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.Maintain a strong understanding of government sector priorities, challenges, and trends to position KINSHIP as a thought leader and trusted partner.Build trust with decision-makers, ensuring KINSHIP's services are aligned to their objectives.Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure client engagements are seamlessly executed, driving both satisfaction and advocacy.Skills and Experience:3-5+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or sales, with a strong focus on the government or public sector.Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives and influence decision-making processes within complex organisations.Strong ability to identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive service adoption through consultative approaches.Ability to balance client objectives with business goals, delivering win-win outcomes that deepen partnerships.Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.Experience with driving digital transformation and one of customer experience OR data intelligence is advantageous.A proactive, self-driven approach to achieving and exceeding targets while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Strategic Account Manager?Do you have experience in a sales role?How many years' experience do you have in a client services / account management role?
