Our Client Supplying into well-known retailers, food services and distributors.

Job description: As the Production Manager, you will be ensuring the smooth and effective running of the production facility.
This is a hands on role that plays a critical function in the manufacturing and despatch process.
The day-to-day duties will consist of the following: Ensuring all hygiene standards are met for staff, produce, machinery and all other equipment.
Ensuring produce is packed to the highest standard using industry best practice.
Managing production.
Product inspections.
Staff supervision and rostering, timesheets.
Team meetings.
KPI reporting.
Cleanliness, adhering to all food safety requirements.
Accurate and detailed record keeping.
Compliance with all health regulations.
Managing production schedules and work flow.
To be successful , you will have the following : Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within bakery industry.
Must have worked in a production capacity.
Through understanding of production and manufacturing is highly regarded.
Hands on worker who gets involved.
Good people leadership skills.
Team player.
