As a part of our founding Australian team, you'll play a key role in making the digital world safer with SoSafe's cybersecurity solutions.If building, enabling, and selling is your passion, and you perceive yourself as a leader who thrives on sharing knowledge, coaching, and professionally developing a highly driven sales team, this role could be for you.
You bring a deep knowledge of the ANZ region and a contagious enthusiasm for establishing a new territory within a fast-growing scale-up.

Read onYour MissionBuild, guide, and coach a successful Sales & BDR team in ANZ market.Set KPIs and report to HQ with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.Ensure customers receive the highest level of work quality throughout the entire sales process.Be prepared to work with limited available resources, navigating problems and identifying opportunities to achieve success.Oversee the sales team effectively while fostering strong relationships with local partners.Build brand awareness in ANZ market but also in APAC region.Your ProfileSeveral years of sales management experience, ideally in a high speed or scaling environment.A solid knowledge of B2B SaaS sales.A trusted coach with excellent people and leadership experiences.Proven aptitude to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales revenue goals.Excellent communication and people skills.Striving to achieve business results and key metrics, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.Fluency in English.Why us?At SoSafe, you'll be part of a cybersecurity team that thrives on innovation, safeguarding organisations against evolving threats and making the digital world a safer place.
