We are currently seeking multiple Digital Coordinators to join our clients Digital Experience Team for a six-month contract.
This is your opportunity to drive digital innovation across their customer platforms, including the website and mobile app, ensuring top-notch user experiences and seamless digital content management.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Platform Development: Implement new digital features for the website and mobile app Manage and update offers and content via the CMS, ensuring alignment with brand, SEO, and accessibility standards Content Management: Edit, publish, and maintain content quality across platforms Collaborate with internal teams for content workflows and ensure relevance Platform Optimisation & UX/UI Design: Optimise the CMS for efficiency as a communication tool Create basic wireframes using Figma and collaborate on user-centric design solutions Collaboration & Project Delivery: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver digital initiatives on time Gather customer feedback to identify and implement improvements About you: Proven experience in a similar digital coordinator role Strong CMS management skills (WordPress, Drupal or similar) Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and digital content best practices Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and intermediate computer skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities UX/UI experience and familiarity with Figma Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle multiple workflows Experience in the retail energy or services industry (preferred but not essential) Collaborate with a dynamic team, contribute to meaningful projects, and elevate your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
