Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and nurture a diverse team, promoting an inclusive and dynamic work environment. Communication: Maintain strong communication with store team members to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and expectations. Customer Focus: Prioritize exceptional customer service, creating positive and memorable interactions. Minimum Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role with strong sales experience.
No prior technology experience required
You will be trained on all technical aspects of the role.
