Job Title: Customer Service Call Center Representative Company: UES International Location: Hybrid (Remote and On-Site) Australia wide. UES are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Call Center Representative.
Job Description: As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support issues.Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.Requirements: 1 + years' experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in customer service software and tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools or similar systems (a plus).Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (remote and on-site).Attitudes and Attributes: Positive and proactive attitude towards customer service.Empathy and patience when dealing with customer issues.Strong work ethic and reliability.Adaptability to handle a variety of customer interactions.Enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.How to Apply: If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you
