ICT ANALYST FULL TIME Head Office, Subiaco WA A remarkable opportunity awaits a passionate and dedicated individual to join the team at our Head Office Team, as a full time ICT Analyst.
This role is a 6-month contract with potential for extension. WA PCYC is one of WA's leading youth organisations, working with the WA Police Force and the community for over 80 years.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT professional to maintain PCYC's systems and deliver new and improved functionality.
You will be reporting and working closely with our Manager of Business Services, this role will include delivering projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and 3rd party resources, as well as ensuring the smooth running of existing systems and support. Responsibilities include: Lead a range of diverse projects, particularly those with a data integration component.
Provide technical support to PCYC staff, across all existing and newly implemented systems in collaboration with outsourced providers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document business requirements and propose solutions.
Supporting the ICT strategy and roadmap, including planning and execution of projects.

About you: Demonstrated experience (preferably with qualifications) in managing and preventing technical incidents.
Strong technical expertise across a range of business systems, including ERPs, databases, and networks.
Experience in data management and/or integration experience.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
High level problem-solving skills.
High level interpersonal skills.
