About the Role: Commitment & Stability: Full-time role, 38+ hours over 5 days a week.

Collaborate closely with the Centre Director as their trusted 2IC, driving excellence every step of the way.
Innovate & Implement: Develop and refine innovative programs aligned with the EYLF, ensuring they deliver meaningful and high quality learning outcomes.
Hands-On Leadership: Be a visible and supportive leader, actively working alongside your team to maintain exceptional standards and operational excellence.
Engage Families & Community: Forge meaningful relationships with families and community partners, enriching children's experiences and creating a vibrant, connected environment.
About the Service: Dynamic & Spacious: Approved for under 90 children, with thoughtfully designed spaces that inspire curiosity, creativity, and growth.

About You: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
Proven experience as an Educational Leader with a knack for exceeding expectations.
Deep understanding of EYLF, NQS, and Exceeding practices.
A hands-on mentor who thrives on supporting and inspiring others.
Organised, reflective, and passionate about driving continuous improvement.
Child Safeguarding: Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards ).
In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to: A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
