About the Role:Educational Leader has an influential and important role in inspiring, motivating and also challenging or extending the practice of educators.
The role is a collaborative one, involving inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact on the important work educators do with the children and their families.

With this, we are applying to participate in the Federal Governments ECEC Worker Retention Payment Program which will see an additional 10% allowance be paid on top of the current national award rate in the first year.
The Ideal Candidate: * Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification * Minimum 1-2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience as an Ed Leader * Team-based, collaborative approach to your practices * Ability to communicate and connect with families.
