Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time We are expanding our operations and opening a brand-new branch in Forrestdale, Perth, Western Australia in January 2025
As a trusted partner to major mining and industrial companies, we specialise in the repair, rebuild, and remanufacture of radiators and heat exchangers for mobile mining equipment, rail locomotives, and heavy industrial requirements.
Our tailored solutions drive the availability and productivity of our customers' equipment, and we are seeking a dynamic Workshop Supervisor to lead and drive the workshop team in this exciting new chapter in our growth.

About the Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the workshop operations.
As the Workshop Supervisor, you will provide supervision and leadership to a team of Leading Hands and skilled technicians, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by contributing to a new operation from the ground up.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the setup and operationalisation of the brand-new workshop.Delivering Zero Harm targets, ensuring safety standards are maintained.Maintaining quality control throughout all stages of work.Overseeing daily workshop operations, including workforce management and timeline adherence.Fostering a positive and high-performance culture, aligned with our values of Integrity, Innovation, Care, and Leadership.Collaborating with management to implement process improvements and drive efficiency.About You You are a strong leader and thrive in a hands-on and challenging role.
You are trade qualified, detail-oriented, and an engaging communicator.
We're looking for someone who has:
Proven leadership experience in a similar Supervisory role within the mining, industrial services, or related sectors.Excellent knowledge of mobile mining equipment, heavy industry, or thermal management solutions.Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.What's on Offer From our leaders to our team on the ground, we all work together and win together.
