What is a Customer Support Representative (CSR)? As a CSR, you will provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all parts quotes, sales, and order tracking.
Along with liaising with local vendors and transport providers to best support our customer's needs, ensuring that the operational standards set by our Komatsu Customer Support Charter are met and exceeded.
