About the role:
We are looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team in a permanent full-time role (Monday to Friday) at our brand-new Oxley Aged Care Home , opening in March 2025 .
In this position, you will lead and inspire a lifestyle team while building meaningful connections with residents.
You will create and coordinate engaging activities that enhance residents' quality of life, ensuring their individual interests and well-being are at the heart of everything you do.
This is a hands-on role that combines team leadership with direct resident engagement , making it ideal for someone who is compassionate, organised, and experienced in the aged care sector.

Experience in coordinating lifestyle programs in aged care or a similar setting Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team Passion for enhancing residents' quality of life through meaningful activities Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (desirable) Current First Aid and BLS certifications (desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills What makes Rockpool a great place to work?
