Front Desk Client Ambassador/Business Co-ordinator Visage Dento-Facial Cosmetics (VDC) is a part of a well-established and successful dental business which is progressing as planned to the next level of providing excellence in full face aesthetics services.
VDC is located in Leongatha, 90 mins from the Melbourne CBD, near the popular beach resort area on Gippsland's Bass Coast.
The Vision:
The VDC concept involves establishing a quality, ethically based dermal therapy/facial cosmetics studio which integrates seamlessly with a clinic that provides the highest dental aesthetics.
The Result:
Clients will experience a truly coordinated dermo-facial and aesthetic dental makeover – with the creation of a beautiful, contextually framed and dermally healthy, full face smile.
The VDC Position on Offer:
VDC needs a new team member to act as a joint Client Ambassador and Front Office Co-ordinator.
The primary role involves fostering strong relationships with new clients and ensuring all other (existing) clientele are well informed and assisted once their treatment options are decided and facial therapy has commenced.
This is to be done professionally under the VDC Vision – effectively in a kind and friendly manner.
The next major role involves having high level Team Leadership qualities, including facilitation of weekly/monthly Team meetings, working with marketing sub-committees, and collaborating with the CEO and others to discuss current performance KPI's and help identify new business opportunities.
Familiarity with social media use and its current trends, along with being at ease in utilizing new technology, will greatly aid the applicant in these team-based areas of focus.
As a Team Leader and Client Ambassador, the ability to think clearly on the go, combined with initiative in timely problem solving, will be a significant advantage.
VDC-Qualifications Required:
This position for Team Leader does require some previous experience in the cosmetic and/or dental industries.
Demonstrating the ability to lead and work with teams and facilitate great "first encounter" outcomes with the general public will be of great value in applying for this position.
(VDC will be happy to assist the right applicant with ongoing IT support and high-level in-house training.)
