Lagardère AWPL is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant based on a fixed-term, full-time position for 4 - 6 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Melbourne Commercial/Buying Team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring proper filing and retrieval of important documents.
Data Entry and Reporting: Assist with data entry tasks, preparing reports, and compiling information for the team.
Communication Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
General Office Support: Provide additional administrative support as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong attention to detail.
Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will interact with various stakeholders within the organization.
