A great opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services on one of their flagship contracts in Canary Wharf. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful shift engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development.
Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systemsSingle and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS OperationOrganising and escorting subcontractorsEnsuring logbooks are kept up to dateProducing RAMSAssisting the Authorised person with shutdownsTraining to become on-site authorised person Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations17th/18th EditionCareer driven and motivatedClient facing Salary and Benefits: £45,000 per annumContinental Shift pattern, days and nights20 days holidayPension packageBags of overtime availableHigh voltage training providedGreat opportunity to progress internallyPrivate Healthcare Offered Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
