We have an opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join our expanding QLD team.
You will be joining us amidst an exciting phase of growth, working within our multidisciplinary team based at our Hamilton office in Brisbane
This is a full-time position however part-time will be considered for the right candidate.
The role is busy but incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:
Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness. Work across various customer portfolios including WorkCover QLD, Life Insurance, and private industry. Conduct a range of different assessment services including: Vocational, Capacity Support, Job Seeking, Transferable Skills Analysis, Retraining, and Labour Market Analysis. Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge. Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients. About You: Rehabilitation Counsellor (full ASORC membership) or Psychologist (provisional or full AHPRA membership). Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation. SIRA approval certificate (desirable). Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach. Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
