We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader - Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our dynamic team.

You'll be surrounded by a robust leadership structure Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of rehabilitation counsellors, psychologists and social workers, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.

Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR TEAM Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology & Full registration with  AHPRA/ ASORC At least three years'  experience in Occupational Rehabilitation Experience  mentoring junior consultants  in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting  (previous Team leader experience ideal but we will consider accomplished senior consultants) A  commitment to being the best - we will provide you a phenomenal onboarding & the tools to excel A  passion for helping people  navigate complex rehabilitation plans - you love what you do A fantastic stakeholder manager - you need to be  an effective communicator  Arriba is made up of innovators  - we want our staff to bring new ideas to the table Fun & energy
