Job Overview As team leader, you are responsible for guiding, directing, and managing a group of employees within FLSmidth Exciters.
The role encompasses a mix of leadership, coordination, and support functions, focusing on team performance and goal attainment.

Job Responsibilities – Setting Objectives: A team leader is responsible for setting clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals.
Motivation: They motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Task Allocation: They assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
Communication: Team leaders facilitate effective communication within the team and between the team and higher management.
Support and Development: Training and Development: They provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to help team members grow professionally.
Performance Feedback: Team leaders give constructive feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and help team members improve their performance.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Conflict Resolution: They address and resolve conflicts within the team, ensuring a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Decision-Making: Team leaders make decisions related to team operations, often in consultation with team members and higher management.
Monitoring and Reporting: Performance Monitoring: They track team performance, productivity, and progress towards goals.
Reporting: Team leaders report on team performance, challenges, and achievements to upper management.
