What does the job look like?
BevChain Heathwood warehouse operation requires an experienced team leader to support the team of 15+ for the afternoon shift, Monday-Friday.

Leading the way of Safety Standards Coordinate the day-to-day operations of your team Ensure all operational tasks are completed within required time frames Operating MHE as required to support workflow Carrying out receipting, inventory, and stock control of a range of consumer products Quality and system checks daily Flexibility in an ever-changing environment Are you the one?
To be successful in this role, you are an experienced warehouse team leader who is looking to take the next step in your career.
You can demonstrate:
Commitment to safe working practices Ability to confidently lead and develop a high-performing team Inventory and/or dispatch knowledge desirable Strong attention to detail A self-starter who displays flexibility with approach to tasks Must have strong computer literacy skills A strong desire to progress your career in logistics Knowledge of WMS systems and SAP desirable At Linfox, we focus on providing an inclusive and diverse workplace where our people can perform at their best.
