About the Role As an F&I Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our instore and online sales teams.
Your responsibilities will include managing financial applications, ensuring legal compliance, and maximizing finance opportunities for our customers.
You will also liaise directly with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional finance and insurance experience.
Further to the above your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Partner with instore and online teams to provide F&I support and handle escalated cases.Liaise with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.Ensure accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.Sell bundled products like service plans and ensure proper inclusion in contracts.Manage end-to-end commercial applications and support Business Development Centre customers.Follow up on cash deals to maximize F&I opportunities.Adhere to compliance standards, including FSRA requirements, privacy provisions, and legal codes.Explore the range of benefits Inchcape offers its employees in recognition of their contribution to our success.
