We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Commercial Manager to join us in our Moorabbin office, to work closely with our internal departments, such as: Fin Ops, Procurement, Service Delivery, Sales and Senior Leadership.
As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will:Identify business improvement opportunities through insightful analysis.Collaborate with and influence stakeholders to drive better commercial outcomes for efm.Oversee projects from inception through to successful implementation.Actively manage a pipeline of projects and a team to ensure delivery of timely, insightful and high-quality analysis that adds value to our customers, partners and efm.Regularly prepare and present financial performance reporting to the Executive Leadership team.Be responsible for all performance management, training and development of Commercial Analysts.Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Manage and achieve team's financial targets and KPIs.We are looking for:A passionate and curious individualDemonstrated capability to lead and manage a teamStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to complete financial modelling and data analysisDemonstrated ability to evaluate commercial and pricing decisions and strategies from a customer's perspectiveBachelor's degree in a Commerce, Business, Supply Chain or related fieldProficiency in MS Office applications, Power Point, Outlook, Word, ExcelProject Management mindset helpfulWhy should you join efm Logistics?Strong focus on regular and ongoing professional development training, enhancing skills and career progressionA dynamic and empowering culture, where we challenge each other to do it betterAn opportunity to be part of an industry leaderCompetitive salary and bonus schemeModern office space and technology, located within Moorabbin's ever evolving Morris Moor complexFree parking and onsite caféCompany functions and team building activitiesPartner with 2 charities, volunteering time to make a difference and contribute to the positive impact they are having both locally and internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
