CPAP Clinic Manager - Far North QLDAir Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services.
We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.Reporting to the Regional Business Manager – Sleep Solutions, the main purpose of this role is to drive the sales of the Sleep Solutions business within the CPAP Clinics of the assigned region.As part of their role, the Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the ALH CPAP Therapy Consultants and CPAP Therapy Specialists within their region.We are seeking applicants who are driven, enthusiastic, and most importantly, see the value of excellent customer experience.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Drive sales of the sleep business within the Air Liquide's CPAP clinicsManage a team of CPAP Consultants and SpecialistsBuild synergy between team members and other groups in the assigned regionParticipate in trade shows and relevant events to promote products and servicesGenerate, monitor, and present team's Key Performance IndicatorsHandle customer complaints and their appropriate resolutionsCollaborate with the rest of the Management Team for continued improvementPromote a safe working environment and abide by stipulated regulationsRegular travels to CPAP Clinics in Townsville and MackayAre you a MATCH?Tertiary qualification and/or related experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong management and business development capabilitiesEffective leadership and organisational skillsAbility to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documentsIn-depth understanding of medical supplies and or pharmacy businessAbout Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
