Role Overview:
As an Admin Support team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Providing exceptional customer service at the reception desk
– Assisting with administrative tasks and client inquiries
– Managing appointment bookings and client records
– Utilizing Canva for creating engaging content
– Managing our social media presence to enhance our outreach
Key Qualifications: – Previous experience in reception or customer service is highly desirable
– Background or experience in psychology is a plus
– Proficiency in using Canva for content creation
– Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Magnus Health is the epitome of what disability support should be.As an employee for almost three years, I have found Magnus Health to be the definition of what a service should be striving for.
I have never seen management put the company before a participant and one of my favourite features is that they really do strive to find the right support person for the participant rather than just fill slots on a roster.
The management team have extensive clinical backgrounds in mental health and person-centered care is the company creed.My initiative and passion have been rewarded with career progression and I have witnessed the same in likeminded individuals.
