Operating from within Spatial Information you will be part of a small close-knit team that delivers high-quality tier 1 customer support to government and the public for many of the department's spatial applications and spatial data such as the iconic Queensland Globe.
Key projects in the next 6 months include the implementation of JIRA Service Management and Confluence.

About the role:
In this role you will:

Act as the routine contact point, receiving, logging and handling requests on a broad range of spatial applications and spatial data.
Undertake first line investigation and diagnosis using experience, wiki knowledge base, and growing your knowledge of spatial systems and services.
Work with customers to find a solution.
Contribute to a range of written material including email templates, guides, process flows, videos, wikis and draft new material as required.
Utilise technology effectively to perform your role, in particular Microsoft 365 Teams, JIRA, online mapping tools and systems.
This position requires:
