Change Manager Contract Details: 6 month Non-ongoing with scope for 6 month extension optionSalary ranging from $160K to $200K plus superannuationCanberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne locationOverview Our Federal Government client is seeking a Change Manager.
In this role, you will help champion the end-to-end Change Management effort, which includes leveraging best practices and techniques in identifying, quantifying, and tracking the change process to ensure the realization of expected benefits defined in business cases, designing appropriate change management and communications strategies, formulating business impact assessments, enabling change readiness, delivering stakeholder analysis and engagement plans, and reporting on the status and progress of change initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities Lead, plan, direct and manage, in cross-functional, matrixed relationships, the CMS Program portfolio of change, ensuring that change activities and initiatives are aligned.Lead the development of key strategic plans, ensuring all change activities and communications align with the change and product adoption strategy and processes.Provide authoritative strategic advice in organizational change and product adoption, ensuring alignment with and leverage of change management frameworks and methodology.Own the end-to-end Change Management work effort, which includes leveraging best practices and techniques in identifying, quantifying, and tracking the change process.Drive innovation and collaboration to improve products, service delivery, and value/benefits realization, including aligning change with Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.Drive, design, and develop metrics for the measurement of change effectiveness and business readiness to gain insight and take corrective action.Manage expectations of all stakeholders, including influencing product owners and key business stakeholders and internal customers, negotiating on competing priorities and operating under time constraints and defined requirements to achieve goals.Engage with program sponsors, business owners, product owners, and stakeholders.This opportunity is within the Australian Public Service.
