This is a rare opportunity to work with us here at Lilydale Auto as a Fixed Operations Manager , available for the first time in almost 5 years.
You will be in charge of a multi-franchise, small metropolitan workshop that has worked tirelessly to achieve fantastic profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can rise to the challenge and reap the rewards both financially and developmentally in a smaller Service department while also keeping tabs on our Parts Department.
Build on a multi-skilled team around you as you continue to grow the department within our dealer group - Freeway Motor Group.
You will be supported to develop an inclusive and positive culture while showcasing your strong time management and people skills coupled with your sound knowledge of automotive industry key performance indicators.
Your solid understanding of departmental operations and previous customer satisfaction success in a franchise dealership Service Department environment will ensure your success in this role.
What you can expect: A structured salary package with uncapped commissions Amazing potential with retail and internal growth opportunity 5 Day working week - Monday to Friday only for that life balance Responsibilities will include: Support your team to ensure a positive culture, inspire as a mentor, and develop the "work family" holistic approach to staff management.
Identify, implement, and ingrain processes to ensure your team is capable of exceeding customer and Dealership expectations.
Quickly and effectively address customer concerns while developing & achieving the department's customer satisfaction requirements.
Meet and exceed budget targets and continue to grow profitability while monitoring and driving productivity, efficiency, and process improvements.
Ensure correct manufacturer warranty requirements are met while following company policies, processes, and systems.
Monitor the productivity and efficiency of our parts department along with our Parts Manager.
