We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Private Practice Physiotherapist to join an established clinic in Sydney's South West on a full-time basis.
As a Private Practice Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, providing personalized care and rehabilitation services.
This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to improving their patients' quality of life and helping them recover from injuries or illnesses.About youEnthusiasm and passion for the profession are key.
We are looking for someone who is easy-going, blends in a team, and communicates well with patients, colleagues, and other health professionals.
Ideally, someone who has a strong work ethic and puts patients first, always striving for the best outcome.ResponsibilitiesPerform assessments of patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plansProvide hands-on therapy to patients, utilizing various techniques and modalitiesPrescribe and demonstrate exercises to help patients regain their mobility and strengthMonitor and document patients' progress throughout their treatmentEducate patients and their families on self-management techniques and exercises they can continue at homeCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patientsStay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of physiotherapy and actively participate in professional development opportunitiesMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in PhysiotherapyCurrent registration with AHPRAExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamStrong organizational and time-management skillsCommitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered careBenefitsCompetitive salary (experience-dependent) + carProfessional development allowancesWe believe in the power of referrals.
