The Port Adelaide Football Club was established in 1870 in the working-class suburb of Alberton, to the west of Adelaide.

From humble beginnings on the docksides of Port Adelaide as a sporting social club for the young men of the district, Port Adelaide has grown into one of the nation's most famous professional sporting organisations.

Our record of success is unparalleled – 4 Champions of Australia titles, 36 SANFL Premierships, 1 AFL Premiership.

Today we compete in the Australian Football League (AFL), Australian Football League Women's (AFLW) and the local South Australian National Football League (SANFL) as a foundation club of the local league.
Port Adelaide is the only community football club from outside of Victoria to earn entry in its own right into the national competition.
Port Adelaide lives to the charter to compete and win in the biggest competition in the land, representing its community with pride and passion.

About the role
The Membership Sales Coordinator plays an important role in driving volume and revenue growth.
Reporting directly to the Membership Sales and Service Manager, the Membership Sales Coordinator is to drive membership sales – new members and upselling to existing members – to assist with membership revenue growth.
As a member of the Consumer Business team and reporting into the Membership Sales and Service Manager, this role is directly aligned to the strategic club goal of achieving 100,000 members.

Key responsibilities
Maximise outbound calls to drive member sales.
Efficiently respond to inbound member service and sales queries via phone and email.
Collaborate with the Member Engagement Coordinator regarding communication plans and programs for new and existing Members.
Support the Membership Sales and Service Manager in onboarding new staff and training.
Collaborate with the Membership Operations Coordinator on the distribution of call lists to the casual team.
Member sales, service and transactions.
Deliver outstanding care and service to our members and supporters.
Proactively provide solutions to members to exceed their expectations and needs.
Deliver quality and accurate information to members and supporters on all product options for members.
Continual improvement of our member contact information (database).
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall membership and ticketing revenue targets.
