You'll lead, inspire and grow a talented biodiversity team to deliver outstanding project outcomes while driving initiatives that align with market trends and NGH's strategic goals.The position offers a unique blend of technical influence, commercial focus, and the opportunity to engage directly with clients and industry leaders to position NGH as a thought leader in the field.Key Responsibilities:Business Development and Growth:Drive client relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying and securing new business opportunities.Operational and Project Management:Provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations, while overseeing projects to ensure timely, within-budget project completion.Leadership and Team Development:Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development and performance.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat we are looking for:Proven client relationship management, business development, strategic planning, and project management.Strong communication, networking, and financial management skills.A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Environmental Science, Ecology).Minimum of 8-10 years in a consulting or ecology role, with a track record in business development and project leadership.Demonstrated experience in coaching teams and managing financial and strategic reporting is a plus.NGH is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
