About the role This position will primarily support our Wagga Wagga & Young Medicare Mental Health Centres, and My Step to Mental Wellbeing services located in the Murrumbidgee region.
This position reports to the Service Manager and offers the opportunity to:
Lead Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.Provide Clinical Oversight: Support multidisciplinary teams in delivering effective assessments, therapies, and interventions.Manage Demand: Oversee service demand, waiting lists, and consumer support strategies.You'll be one of two Clinical Practice Leads, working collaboratively to drive service excellence and support the multidisciplinary team.
We have a permanent opportunity available with flexibility to accommodate both part-time and full-time arrangements.
Some weekend work may be required as part of this role.
