I am seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Full Client Advisor to join a new boutique based in Collins Street.
The Company A renowned brand synonymous with precision and style, this luxury timepiece manufacturer is celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, innovative designs, and a rich heritage that has captivated watch enthusiasts worldwide.
With a commitment to excellence and a passion for horological mastery, this brand has consistently pushed the boundaries of innovation and garnered a reputation as a leader in the world of luxury watches.
The Role Provide an exceptional level of personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of their preferences and desires.
Act as a brand ambassador, sharing your expertise and passion for luxury timepieces to inspire and educate clients.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an immaculate and inviting retail environment.
Skills and Experience Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly within the timepiece industry, is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for exquisite craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the world of luxury goods.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effortlessly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
