Our Chipping Norton service is a 70 place service which offers exceptional care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
With beautiful outdoor space, large classrooms with opportunities for children to move freely between indoors and outdoors and an amazing team and a nurturing culture.

As a Centre Manager, you will role model excellent leadership to bring out the best in your people, build their capability and support them in making the Centre a safe and engaging place for children, families, and the team.
You will source best practice within the organisation and sector, leveraging this to develop and coach your team to deliver outstanding performance.
Working closely with your team, you will ensure your Centre meets, as a minimum, the National Quality Standards (NQS), and deliver the required attendance, labour and overall Centre contribution results.
About you As a Centre Manager you will be a crucial addition to our team.
To be successful you will need:
Applicant must hold a minimum of Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA equivalent)First aid certificate including CPR, Asthma and anaphylaxisYou will have sound knowledge of the EYLF 2.0 and NQSCurrent and valid Working With Children CheckExperience within the early childhood education sector and a passion to develop your career, be a role model and mentor to staffWhat's in it for you: As a key influencer in shaping young lives and empowering future leaders, you'll thrive in a supportive environment that values your expertise and ideas.
