Salary : $80k - $85k + super + NFP salary packaging New Position - actively contribute to mental health reform in TasmaniaLocation : HobartAbout the opportunity Primary Health Tasmania is excited to be part of the new Mental Health Continuum of Care Project, aiming to create a better mental health care model for Tasmania.
We're looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to take on a new role to handle daily administration and coordination tasks, so our Project Manager can focus on strategy and engaging with stakeholders.
As the central coordinator, you'll ensure smooth teamwork across departments, manage communication, address feedback, and help keep everything on track.
Being organized and adaptable is the key to our success.
While this role is initially offered on a 12-month contract basis, there is potential for future opportunities and advancement within the organisation.
What you would be doing Keep project plans and documents up-to-date, coordinate tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Support management of project budgets and financial reporting.Spot and address project risks and quickly inform the Project Manager of any issues.Create communication materials, draft clear project updates, and ensure everything aligns with our communication plans.Support external consultants and project resources, and track deliverables to make sure we meet our project goals.Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager to meet deadlines and ensure project success.Here's what you'll look like Coordination and Organization: Experience in planning and managing projects, keeping track of resources and timelines.Communication and Relationship-Building: Ability to connect with and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Financial Literacy: Skilled in managing project plans, budgets, and resources with a good understanding of project finances.Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Proactive in meeting project needs, working independently, and finding practical solutions.Benefits of working with us… Salary packaging up to $15,900 – Use your pre-tax salary for everyday living expenses – you pay less tax and have more money to spend.Up to $2,650 of pre-tax income can be used to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.
