We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Director to join their team.
About the Agency: They are an independent digital consultancy of 50 specialists, with a proven track record of success, serving clients from startups to top tiers.
In recent years, they have experienced considerable growth and won clients not just in Australia but also North America.

Overview: As the SEO Director, you will lead client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
You'll be responsible for overseeing project deliverables, mentoring delivery teams, and staying updated on industry trends to maintain our competitive edge.
Lead relationships with clients through client onboardings, escalations, and day-to-day work.
Provide excellent customer experience while driving revenue and expanding key client accounts.
Understand client challenges and expectations to produce tailored offerings to tackle briefs.
Oversee the delivery of client briefs and manage project deliverables, ensuring campaigns, projects, and assets are on time, on budget, on scope, and on target.
Support existing delivery teams in day-to-day management of campaigns and clients through mentoring and skill development.
Proactively stay abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
Who You Are: 8+ years of Organic Search experience, demonstrating a track record of success in the field.
With experience in team leadership, you excel in nurturing team culture and developing the skills of your team members.
Your exceptional account management competency and high level of SEO expertise enable you to effectively communicate with technical teams and key stakeholders.
You're known for your ability to come up with the right solutions to complex issues, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
As a people person and team player, you thrive in collaborative environments, contributing to the growth and success of both clients and colleagues.
