Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for Provide our customers with expert technical support and service through analytical skills (problem isolation and resolution), facilitate new installations, implementations, maintenance, education, and author documentation in support of the customers environmentAbility to prepare written technical reports based on historical trends and dataCommunicating with clients, both at the engineer and management levelWorking in a team environment, organizational ability for multi-tasking and flexibility is a mustOccasional travel to customer sites globally as requiredAssisting Junior staff in resolving technical issues as requiredInterfacing with R&D teams to resolve complex issues and bugsAbility to understand and replicate customer environments for testing and troubleshooting locallyDeliver best in class service to our customersQualificationsWhat you bring to the table 5 to 8 years' experience in the IT industry with focus on networking and security in the Enterprise environmentStrong Unix and Windows system-level knowledgeProven understanding of enterprise class security principals design and implementationKnowledge of change control process in the enterpriseMust have minimum CCSE certification (Check Point Certified Security Expert)Must be proficient in analyzing packet captures with tcpdump and Wireshark toolsMust be an expert in interpreting network environments at the L2/L3 OSI layersActive listening and communication skills, coupled with the ability to share information, and networking skillsAnalytical problem solving skillsThorough understanding of the Internet technologies supported (TCP/IP, Networking, Operating systems)Strong personal drive and initiativeAbility to maintain a personal schedule that is conducive to job description and team performance.Ability to work with support team to improve technical skillsContinue to stay current with technologyAbility to interface with Development to solve complex problemsAbility to clearly communicate Technical solutions (Strong Presentation, Written and Verbal)Ability to use virtualization technology such as VMwareWhat you'll get in return Exposure to exciting and award winning technologies in the Cyber Security industryMeet the people behind our cutting edge technologiesOpportunity to fulfill your potential by rolling out creative ideas and projectsWork with and build long-lasting relationship with a team of brilliant peopleApply for this PositionRequired First Name: Please enter your first name (Use English characters only) Last Name: Please enter your last name (Use English characters only) Email: Please enter/ correct your email address Phone: Please enter your phone number.
