You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and execute robust testing strategies ensuring product quality, risk mitigation, and compliance with industry standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the testing lifecycle for all projects, from test planning to execution and reporting.Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology leaders to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and testing needs.Define and implement best practices for test automation and manual testing processes ensuring accurate and complete reporting.Lead and direct testing resources fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration.Drive the adoption of test automation and other advanced testing techniques that create efficiencies and improve quality assurance.Ensure the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.Who Are We Looking For?We're on the lookout for passionate individuals who embody our values.
