About the RoleOur client is seeking a dedicated Test Manager to lead and develop their testing environment. This role is essential in building, stabilising, and maturing testing processes to ensure that their applications meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will own the testing framework, bringing a strategic approach to enhancing product reliability and supporting our operational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnvironment Ownership: Take full ownership of the testing environment, aligning processes with business goals and quality standards.Process Development and Stabilisation: Establish and refine testing processes to create a stable and consistent testing environment across all projects.Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to mature the testing function, introducing best practices and tools that improve efficiency and quality.Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and infrastructure, to integrate testing protocols effectively.Key Skills & ExperienceLeadership in Testing: Extensive experience in managing testing environments with a focus on building stable, high-quality testing processes.Strategic Process Management: Proven ability to design and implement long-term improvements in testing practices and tools.Strong Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent process management skills to ensure consistency and quality across all testing activities.Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to promote testing best practices and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams.How to Apply:For a confidential discussion, please reach out to Aimee Thompson, Principal Recruitment Consultant at Frazer Tremble, at ******.
