Could you be the full-time onsite Test Manager in Perth, WA, AU we're looking for?
Your future role : Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the charge in ensuring the highest standards of testing and quality.
Day-to-day, you'll be managing the resources required to perform testing activities at Train level for a specific domain and supporting the development of competencies required for this scope, using the right methodologies and tools, and much more.
We'll look to you for : Leadership in the planning and execution of test strategies,Implementation of best practices in test management and continuous improvement of processes,Development and maintenance of a competent and effective test team,Effective communication of test progress, results, and challenges to stakeholders,Risk assessment and mitigation planning in the test execution phase.All about you : Experience or understanding of test management and methodologies in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Familiarity with testing tools and software relevant to the train industry.Resilience in troubleshooting and resolving testing issues.Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with stakeholders.Things you'll enjoy : Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.Work with the latest methodologies and tools in testing activities at the Train level for a specific domain.Utilise our supportive and resource-rich working environment.You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
