This position oversees the Prep to Year 12 programs.The Learning Enhancement Coordinator – gives guidance to the Learning Enhancement team in providing expertise to teaching staff, to enable them to support and extend student learning.In concert with the campus learning and teaching team, the Learning Enhancement Coordinator is expected to support the development of inclusive pedagogy with classroom teachers.The Learning Enhancement Coordinator – gives guidance to the Learning Enhancement team in providing expertise to teaching staff, to enable them to support and extend student learning.This position will include a position of responsibility, involves a .5 FTE allocation of teaching small group instruction throughout the school, and a .5 FTE allocation for the administrative and leadership requirements of the role, and a position of responsibility allowance. Learning Enhancement Coordinator, and a monetary allowance.The Person:Education and Experience:The Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinator will:Be a skilled educator within the teaching profession with a Minimum Degree in Education with specialised experience working with students with additional needs.Have a qualification in Special Education.Ideally have experience or qualifications in leadership.
