Maintenance, Transport & Pool PersonDuties include, but are not limited to: Providing general maintenance support for the CollegeDaily operation of the pool plant room regarding filtration, circulation and water controlMaintenance of pool water in accordance with Health Department RegulationsUndertaking repairs and installationsAssisting with the setup of eventsSupporting deliveries around the College campusContributing to the maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of machinery and equipment.Transporting students and staff to excursions and sporting commitments on evenings, weekends and during school hours as required.Maintenance and upkeep of the College's fleet.We have both full-time (1.0 FTE) and part-time roles available to commence as soon as possible.

Casual IGSSA Sports Coaches, various roles to commence in Term 1 2025The College is seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and experienced Sports Coaches to support our IGSSA Sports program in 2025.
Our casual sports coaches are required to attend one training session and one game per week in support of one of the below IGSSA sports.

Learning Enhancement Teacher, Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time, Commencing Term 1 2025The College is seeking an experienced Learning Enhancement Teacher to join our Secondary School Team from Term 1 of the 2025 Academic Year.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a variety of support programs for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in Secondary School Years.
These programs aim to provide students with a wide range of opportunities to achieve their academic potential.
This position will be able to focus on both literacy and numeracy.
This is a permanent full-time role; or a high part-time FTE may also be considered for the right applicant. As a teacher at Penrhos, you will play a significant role in planning, delivering and reflecting on the learning experiences in the classroom, whilst honouring student agency and fostering a love of learning.

Head of Department Learning Enhancement, 1 Year Maximum Term Full-Time ContractThe College is seeking to appoint an experienced educator to undertake the Head of Department (Learning Enhancement) role, joining our Secondary School Leadership Team from Term 1 of the 2025 Academic Year while the structure of the Learning Enhancement Department is reviewed, and to lead and support the Learning Enhancement Team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a variety of support programs for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in Secondary School Years.

The Head of Department will lead a dynamic team of passionate teachers and oversee the development, management, and regular review of an exciting, future-focused Secondary School curriculum.
As a leader within the College, the Head of Department will collaborate with peers and the College's Senior Leadership Team to support the College's vision and future direction.
The load distribution for this 1.0 FTE position is 0.4 FTE for Head of Department duties and 0.6 FTE Teaching. This is a one-year, maximum-term contract from Term 1 2025 in an Acting capacity.
