Join our team and help shape the future of young minds KintaCo Early Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead and grow our new centre.
As a Centre Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators to deliver exceptional care.Growth: Build strong foundations to grow a thriving community of children, families, and staff.Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth running and compliance with regulations.Child Development: Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate programs that foster children's learning and growth.Parent & Community Relations: Build strong relationships with parents and the community, providing open communication and support.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, creating a positive and supportive work environment.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and safety within the centre.Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood EducationProven experience as a Centre Manager, preferably in a start-up environmentPassion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality careStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesExperience and proficiency using Xplor, MyWaitlist, Storypark, and Microsoft SuiteAbout You: Dedicated and enthusiastic individualPassionate about early childhood educationCommitted to helping build and establish a brand-new centreNatural, solutions-focused problem solverAbility to effectively manage through adapting different leadership and management styles to enable effective time managementCompetitive salary packageSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities to make a positive impact on children's livesContribute to the growth and establishment of a new centre that actively contributes to the local communityKintaCo Early Learning embodies the belief that raising children takes a village.
